Sun Tan City launched an on-site live chat function on its Web site at the beginning of August.
In a press release, Angela Rieger, director of marketing for Sun Tan City, says, "The Live Chat is about making it easy for our clients to reach out to us. Whether it's by phone, e-mail, chat, letters, Facebook, MySpace or Twitter, we want to make it easy for our clients to reach us.”
Sun Tan City’s live chat will be available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
